However, I deplore the injustice, elitism and constraint that I sense around it.<\/p>\n

\n- Constraint<\/em>:<\/strong><\/span> the large institutions recommend supervision. However supervisors are scarce and coaches often struggle to find who will suit them best<\/span><\/li>\n
- Elitism<\/em><\/strong>:<\/span> only coaches who earn a good living can afford their own supervision <\/span><\/li>\n
- Injustice<\/em><\/strong>:<\/span> supervision is costly and not available when coaches<\/span> need it<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
